Donald Trump humiliated by beloved aide as critics ask why his 'diaper is so big'

Donald Trump has once again been surrounded by rumors he wears a diaper thanks to a video posted by his assistant.
Margo Martin, who works as Trump's communications advisor, joined the president as he toured the Peterbilt Motors Company in Denton, Texas, on Thursday, October 1. Trump gave a speech following his tour, during which he spent time blasting Joe Biden's physical health.
Martin shared a number of behind-the-scenes videos from the event, including one which she captioned, "@POTUS begins his tour of Peterbilt Motors Company," adding an American flag emoji. In the video, Trump was seen speaking with a worker at the company.

Viewers were distracted by Trump's appearance in the clip, with some suggesting he appeared to have a bulge in his pants. Trump critics jumped on this and shared the longstanding conspiracy theory that the president was wearing a diaper.
Neither the White House nor Trump's medical team has ever confirmed the use of adult diapers or adult incontinence products, however, the White House has repeatedly insisted the president is in good health.

Despite this, Trump's critics still responded to Martin's video with comments such as, "Why is the diaper so big?" Another X user posted, "Look at that diaper! What’s going on back there!"
"Donnie looks like he needs his diaper changed and a scooter to cruise around on," a third person suggested, while someone else asked, "What size diapers is Donnie wearing?"
"Whats Trump hauling with all that junk in his trunk?" one of Martin's followers echoed. Someone else demanded to know, "Someone needs to change his diaper….disgusting ….where’s his assistance !"
One person asked "Why does his a-- look so big?" while an eigth Trump critic suggested, "His a-- is enormous." A shocked X user commented, "OMG EXTRA EXTRA LARGE THIS TIME...."
Someone else gave Trump a new nickname, describing him as "Diaper man," while someone else joked, "That diaper is super macho."
Trump's health has been the subject of intense online speculation in recent months. While some of it has centered on his alleged wearing of a diaper, questions have also been raised about the bruising which is often seen on his hands and swelling around his ankles.

The White House has addressed the bruising on Trump's hands, suggesting it's due to daily aspirin regimen and repeated hand shaking. They also said the ankle swelling was a result of chronic venous insufficiency.
Dr. Sean Barbabella, Trump's personal physician, also recently spoke out about a red rash that appeared on the president's neck. Barbabella suggested it came from a "very common cream" that was being used as "preventative skin treatment" for an undisclosed ailment.
