Lily Allen and David Harbour have officially sold their Brooklyn townhouse for $7 million after listing it for $8 million in 2025

The four-story brownstone features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a backyard with a cold plunge pool

The sale follows their 2025 separation after four years of marriage, which Allen detailed in her album West End Girl

Lily Allen and David Harbour have officially sold their New York City townhouse.

Two months after the Brooklyn home initially went into escrow, the deal has closed with a confirmed sale price of $7 million.

The Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn home was first put on the market in October 2025 for $7,995,000, and was later reduced to $7,300,000 in January 2026, meaning the buyers got about $1 million off the original asking price. The final sale of the home comes a year after Allen, 40, and Harbour, 51, separated after four years of marriage.

The four-level home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, according to a listing.

Interior design was handled by AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE. The living room area boasts a pea green tray ceiling and crown molding, a coordinating fireplace, and intricate multicolored floral wallpaper.

The home's kitchen area is calming, with cream colored tile and cabinets and gingham-cushioned chairs. The home also features a backyard area with a cold plunge pool in a shed.

Allen and Harbour married in Las Vegas in 2020 after meeting on the celebrity dating app Raya. Their ceremony was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator, and Allen’s daughters, Marnie Rose and Ethel Mary, whom she shares with ex-husband Sam Cooper, were in attendance.

Multiple sources confirmed their split to PEOPLE in February 2025.

The former couple gave Architectural Digest a tour of the property in 2023.

In the video, Allen cheekily made fun of the couple's arguments. “We have this double-sided sofa which means David and I can argue, and sort of be looking at each other, and relaxing at the same time,” the singer said.

Their split became more public when Allen detailed the breakdown of their marriage on her October 2025 album West End Girl. The album's title track makes mention of the couple's martial home.

"Now I'm looking at houses with four or five floors. And you've found us a brownstone, said, 'You want it? It's yours,' So we went ahead and we bought it. Found ourselves a good mortgage," Allen sings. In imagery for the album, Allen is seen on what appears to be the Brooklyn home's stoop, and inside the home's kitchen.

In a press release promoting the album, Allen discussed her decision to make the couple's private life public, cautioning that the album's salacious details may not be entirely autobiographical.

"I’ve tried to document my life in a new city and the events that led me to where I am in my life now," said Allen. "At the same time, I’ve used shared experiences as the basis for songs which try to delve into why we humans behave as we do, so the record is a mixture of fact and fiction."
