Kroger is rolling out a new look for its in-store employees.
The Kroger Co. announced that its in-store staff members must now wear uniforms featuring the brand’s logo, PEOPLE confirmed.
Depending on the store’s division, employees will wear blue, red or black tops. Staff members will wear T-shirts or polos, while managers will wear button-down shirts or quarter-zip jackets, according to Bloomberg.

The change marks the first time in a decade that Kroger has implemented uniforms for its staff, Bloomberg reported.
The look came directly from feedback from both customers and employees, and “is just one part of the ways we’re improving the shopping experience,” a Kroger spokesperson told PEOPLE.
